Orange is NOT a good color to be.....oh...& Mulberry trees are LOVELY...shade your home ...decrease your electricity bill....BUT also literally SPIT pollen ...if you stare at the tree long enough....it will appear as if it is smoking......UM...not a good idea if you have allergies tho...... :::note to self:::

Some interesting facts re: Mulberry Trees.....

They are not allowed to be brought in or sold thru landscapers because of the high allergic reaction they cause.

During the months of February until April proximity to this tree can contribute to severe pollen allergy. In Islamabad, Pakistan the pollen count goes as high as 40000 per m³ causing severe problems for residents.

The other reason AZ doesnt allow people to plant them ......

is because of their extensive & damaging root system.....

I have had two occasions over the last 17 yrs ((wow...did not realize how long I have lived in that house)) where the city has had to come out and dig my yard up to fix a pipe my trees broke thru!.....

Don't EVEN begin to feel sorry for him ((the girl tree hasnt misbehaved yet))

Both times....he came back the next season with a vengence.......

growing bigger & fuller than the last yr......
