hiya =)
i know its been over a week....
& i have no excuses...
other than....
its fuckin hot outside & i am quite done w/ the hair dryer in which i reside....thank u very much...

had an interview last week...
w/ the sheraton...they are opening a new one downtown phx...
& its quite the place =)

i would be working behind the scenes managing IT stuff..
yeah..i know....my geek is showing ...
it would be really nice to get that job....
its a gr8 combo of geekiness & social-ness...
make sense?

i hate waiting....

on the PhD study -front?
still looking for a facility that will sponsor my study....
its getting down to these last 3 weeks before the university tells me 'times up".......
& i end up being a PhD ABD....
5 yrs....
& i dont even get to do the "fun part"....
the "easy part"...
the study...wtf!~

other than that...
i am glad the olympics are done....
maybe i can get to bed at a decent hour now......

they are soooo tiny ....& just too cute for words.....
chin chin ((beared dragon )) passed two weekends ago....
so I got rid of that huge tank...
& got the little tank down that the preying mantis was in, & gave these two itty bitty girls a new home...

i am in the learning process re what they like to munch on.....
one is a really good eater....& very social....
the other? not so much....

anywho....
must go clean chix room.....
make some dinner...
& take the girls to the puppy park......

poor millie ...
she had such a stressful 24 hrs ...
when my babies showed up...
invaded her space...
ate her food..
played w/ her toys..

& the worst part?
they got luvins from her momma....

thats when she voiced her displeasure the most...
little whiney gurgling talkin under her breath...

i talked to Jeanne last nite....
told her my babies were all exhausted, splayed out all over the couch like little sacs of flour....
she said Millie was the same....

i guess there was a wee bit of stress to this little sleep over that the humans were not aware of..... =)

she heard me getting directions to my friends house across the valley...

they invited me last nite...
but i was too busy w/ my pity party & juggling balance transfers, credit card bills, & paying other stupid necessities....

so...even tho i know i will get a tons of pics tonite....& tmwr morning as we all lounge around the house...

that being self-employed seems to say "i have money"....what a crock of shite!

over qualified for jobs that i would LUV to be doing .......regardless of my education.....

dont they see that? let ME make the decision if i would be bored or un-challenged....fucktards.....

i wouldnt be applying if i wasnt interested......why do companies not see the benefits i would bring to the table?

i really dont want to steal their jobs....i just want one...so i can pay my bills....
