Stubeans....(yes...ladies....hes still available!...& so gonna kill me for sayin that ...LOL)....the evil landlord that he is....bought new appliances for his South Mountain house....and in the process accepted my offer to buy the stove which came out of that house for $200.00. WooT...wOoT!

I guess I no longer have any excuses for always ordering out...or getting foods from AJ's (delicious already prepared gourmet foods)

U know...I haven't checked in with the universe today....I really must go and thank her....she's been very generous lately with my life =)
