..***In case anyone was wondering what I have been writing about..............These are the four topics..... YIPPEE Ky Ya Mo-FO! I havent included the actual questions as the rules state I am not allowed any outside influence in completing them........I wouldnt want any PPD experts out there sending me documentation .....LOL

What are you thinking, in terms of restorative prevention/intervention? And when you say you're evaluating the efficacy of intervention, what sort of intervention do you mean? I'd be curious. And what strategies CURRENTLY exist?
I didn't suffer from PPD, although when I had my second daughter, I had a few months where I felt completely overwhelmed. Both my girls are (still) not great sleepers, naptime and night-time, combine total lack of sleep, the whole guilt-trip of adding a second child, not to mention just the logistics of HAVING two, painful recovery (and a second trip to the hospital -- endo acting up before I even KNEW I had it), and it's was all a pretty vicious combo. So I wouldn't say I had full-blown depression, but there were defenitely some baby blues; crying, frustration, exhaustion.
I've had some people very close to me suffer from PPD, and I love that that's your focus, and I'd be interested to hear more, if you're not completely barf-tastically sick of it already. =)
