~~My NeW ObsessioN!!~~

so lately....
I've been walking in the nice AZ evenings
with my neighbor Char

weekdays...
we walk about 3-4 miles

& on the weekends
we go in the am

well....
besides feeling great from the walking ......
((its a gr8 way to wind down after work......))
I've starting making a recovery juice for us
when we get back to the house

now....this aint no run of the mill...
everyday
bargain brand
juicer......
My mom sent it to me a couple yrs ago.....
after her doctor got her on this cleansing kick

me...being me...checked online to see what it was
that I was dealing with....
....mom did well....LOL
top of the line.....
next to hanging a jamba juice shingle outside the door
I'm the juicing queen!

so anywho.....
tonite I made a juice for Char & I ....
of Fuji Apples...Anjou Pears....and organic carrots.....
WOW!....I wish we had taste-0-screen!...
I'd make U one.....
really...
I would!....
cause I'm like that......

can we say supercalifragilisticexpialidocious???
.....I could've thrown some ginger in there ....
but wasn't sure Char like that and she was busy on the phone
as I was doing my impression of Jamba-girl

ok....its almost midnight.....time for a shower....read a hard copy of my proposal....
& send off to Dr. XXXX's. =)
