~~~KorKor's Traumatic Cesar Moments~~~
Stubeans came over to move my
& he mentioned (as he does...every chance available...)
that today's episode of
The Dog Whisperererererer
reminded him that the only way to get KorKor
(who is PETRIFIED of anyone but Momma......)
to come to him, allow him to touch her......
& stop barking at anyone & everyone who comes over .....
was to have me hand her to him on a leash.
Well....U can imagine my
But...I knew it had to be done.. Took her outside...
& watched KorKor go absolutely
APESHIT!
As I watched him walk her up & down the street
I felt... what I can only imagine
a mother feels
at her little ones
first day of kindergarten!
LOL
I felt
TERRIBLE!
the fear...
her eyes soooo big....
even after walking twice
up & down
& getting better with each passing (ok.....maybe.....not so much....in this picture...)
the look on her face...
standing in the house
was the same as when she arrived on the plane
just over a yr ago.....
she looked like her little world was
upsidedown.......
Her solution?
Take a nap...
Checking first....
to be sure
'HE' was gone!!
We used to have a lot of fox terriers and Jack Russels (6) but alas there is only one left..the rest were bitten by snakes, over the years. They all hated the leash and so we never used it. We had a lot of country on our cattle property (Ranch) and they had a ball running around everywhere.
It's all about the pups now isn't it? Have you given up completely? I hope not M...
Hey Scorpy~ Thanx for stoppin by....sorry 'bout the pups.....that is the price for running free..... =( KorKor is a rat terrier.....a little smalle than jacks...(bulk wise...and a little bigger than foxes)
