yeah, they announced that on CNN the last couple of days. but credit to you if you figured it out by yourself. i would have come up with "1:23 on 04-05-06" but keep in mind, were the only region where we document the month before the day so everywhere else in the world it will be like this on may 4th, 2006. or am i just a nerd for thinking of that?
Actually, a fellow teacher told me about this and how 2 different people emailed her on it. I hadn't thought about it, but alas... a great deal of others had. When I heard, I too felt the nerd, strangely excited about numbers that were just that, but somehow felt symbolic of so much more.
Then again, I have consulted my Blair Handbook to check grammatical rules while reading other (non students work).
